In order to provide access to the Sabourg digital platform to all young people around the world, a Young e-residence card has been designed. This card, equivalent to the Italian tax code, can be requested by the children of Sabourg digital residents.
This card is available to all young people aged between 14 and 21 who are enrolled in a training programme at a Sabourg institution and wish to become digital residents of the Principality.
The Young e-residence card can be applied for online at no cost (except for the card issuance fee, which is set by the Department of Finance).
The service is renewable annually under the same conditions.
