TITLE VI. THE STATE COUNCIL
Art. 52. The Council of State is composed of at least two Secretaries of State who have the function of Vicar General of the Abbey. Its preponderant function is consultative in order to give its opinion on draft laws and ordinances submitted to it for examination by the Prince.
It can also be consulted on any other project.
Its organisation and functioning are established by a specific Sovereign Ordinance.
