The judicial system of the Principality of Sabourg is administered by the Directorate of Judicial Affairs under the supervision of the Minister of Justice and divided into four courts:
- Court of First Instance (civil and criminal)
- Court of Appeal (civil and criminal)
- Supreme Court
- Constitutional Court
In accordance with Article 80 of the Constitution, the Constitutional Court is composed of three permanent members and two alternates appointed by the Prince-Abbot.
